The Case Management Skill Set will enable students to develop their skills to support participants within the Community Services Sector. You will develop your skills around Case Management activities with respect to the legislation. You’ll develop an understanding of how to assess the needs of a diverse group of people, coordinate their case requirements and advocate for their needs.
