The Certificate IV in Disability is the perfect career advancement opportunity for people with industry experience. With a growth in roles designed to ensure the effective delivery of services under the NDIS now is the time to take that next step towards supervisory and management roles.

This course will prepare you for work as a disability support worker with specialised duties in clients’ homes or a range of community settings. Workers at this level provide support to people with an intellectual or physical disability by empowering them to become more independent, self-reliant and participate in community activities.
