The Certificate IV in Youth Work is design for those who work with young people in a wide range of community service settings.  Graduates of this program may find themselves suitable for employment in roles such as:

  • Youth worker

  • Employment services worker

Horizon2 currently only delivers the Certificate IV in Youth Work under a Traineeship Model.  Therefore, in order to enrol, candidates will need to be employed in a suitable role and be registered for a Traineeship in QLD.  For more information about this please contact our team to discuss your situation.

Qualifications can be completed via a combination of self-paced and study groups conducted in the workplace.

Where relevant assessment of competency may involve recognition of prior learning or credit transfer if prior skills or certification is held.
